Caramel Pudding

I'm a person who very much like to eat sweet dessert, especially after taking meal everyday. One of my favourite desserts is Caramel Pudding. It was my auntie who firstly introduced this dessert to me long time ago. Even i learnt to make it from her. Since then i really enjoyed making it. Actually, it's not difficult to make....dan pada pendapat i ianya salah satu dessert yang paling mudah dibuat...dan juga menggunakan sedikit bahan2 sahaja.

I'm glad to share the recipe to you all as below:


Yang diperlukan : 6 biji telur, 1 cawan gula dan 1 tin(400g) susu cair sahaja.
  • 1/4 cawan gula di masukkan dalam loyang untuk di kukus nanti dan diletak atas api. Buka api kecil dan biarkan gula cair dan bertukar keperangan. Be careful, the melted sugar is more hotter as compared to boiling water. Don't ever try to touch it.
  • Masukkan selebihnya(3/4 cawan) gula, telur dan susu cair ke dalam mangkuk. Pukul sedikit sehingga sebati.
  • Tuangkan adunan ke atas gula cair tadi
  • Kukus selama 20-25 minit.
  • Setelah sejuk, masukkan ke dalam fridge.
  • Serve Chill.
Caramel Pudding can be last for a few days if kept chill in the fridge.

See what i mean!...it's so simple and easy to make a nice Caramel Pudding. You can enjoy a tasteful dessert at anytime now by doing it yourself...especially untuk juadah berbuka puasa Ramadhan ini...
